RG695 700nm IR LongPass Filter Glass Window Discs are a type of filter that blocks shorter wavelength light and allows only infrared light with a wavelength of approximately 700 nanometers (nm) to pass through. They are commonly used in infrared sensors, optical devices, and other applications that require filtering out visible light and transmitting infrared wavelengths.

The design principle of these filter glass window discs is that they block visible light below 700nm wavelength and some near-infrared light, while allowing 700nm wavelength and longer infrared light to pass through. Therefore, they can be used to filter out unwanted visible light and capture infrared radiation.

RG695 filter glass window discs are suitable for various applications, including infrared imaging, spectral analysis, scientific research, and industrial inspection. Their use can improve the quality of infrared imaging and reduce interference from visible light.
